We will not sell, trade or release your personal information in any form. You will not receive unsolicited emails from Clindale, Ltd. Informative emails will be sent only to clients who accept that option.

Credit cards

For your protection, we use PayPal for all transactions, whether you use your PayPal account or credit card. Because PayPal handles all transactions, we have no involvement gathering or storing your credit card or personal information.

Copyright

The 1986 Berne Copyright Convention resulted in an international agreement that a copyright notice was no longer a condition of protection for creative works. Your work was under copyright protection from the moment you began writing. Clindale, Ltd. will protect those rights, and your work will never be shared with others.

Author Rights

Clindale, Ltd. contracts specifically state that editorial rights are automatically transferred to the author. This insures that no editorial changes, whether large or small, will affect intellectual property rights. The author will retain 100% of the rights, and Clindale, Ltd. will have no share of any earnings from that property.
